	We are happy to announce that Carlisle City Council in partnership with the Landscape Institute has launched a two-stage design competition “Start with the Park: St Cuthbert’s Garden Village Ideas Competition”. It is open for both professional and student design proposals to form the centrepiece of a new Garden Village located to the south of Carlisle.
