Hi Ben, apologies not to respond sooner - we don't get notifications from this forum.  I hope members will respond individually themselves - but we are also considering an LI response, however this depends upon the feedback we receive from members.  We've not yet received anything...

Design Review Panel Refresh

We’re looking to appoint a diverse group of built-environment experts including landscape and
environmental design professionals to better address the key role the natural environment
plays in creating healthy, resilient, and sustainable places.

Our refreshed, refocused panel will be made available to local authorities to fill any gaps they
may have in expertise. We are keen to build a diverse panel and are seeking to recruit people
from a range of ethnic backgrounds.

Our new recruits will benefit from training and mentoring to ensure they grow into the role and
become future design champions. We are also keen to hear from candidates who are less
experienced in participating in Design Review.

We pay panel members for their contribution and anticipate their time commitment to be 3 to
4 half days per year. Payment is £250 for a half day for panel members. The panel chair will
be paid £500.

skills, expertise and experience in shaping great places, and what you believe makes a good
