Policy paper: Build Back Better High Streets

As part of his levelling-up announcement the PM just released a small policy paper here on the renewal of high streets. It's odd that there's no mention of the High Streets Task Force or the work that has been done by them. Having looked through the paper it doesn't seem to directly point to recommendations of the task force, but proposes a vast array of policy interventions. I was wondering if anyone here knew if the authors of the paper consulted with the HSTF?  Happy to chat about the details of it more broadly too!
