Defra launches consultation on Biosecurity Net Gain implementation and regulation

Defra is seeking views on how Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) will work in practice. This consultation, closing on 5 April, will shape the legislative frameworks that put BNG principles at the heart of design and decision-making when the mandatory requirement comes into effect in November 2023.
