Simon Odell Posted July 4, 2021 Share Posted July 4, 2021 Does anyone have any insight into whether the government's proposal to extend the period for liability for construction defects linked to materials (re: Grenfell) to 15 years will impact on the cost of PII and run-off insurance for us?
